Un jour un sac
Made in France
All products with the Un Jour Un Sac label are manufactured from start to finish in France.
Over two-thirds of them are made in our own workshops in Northern France.
François Rénier has knowingly made this commitment because it is the only strategy open to him if he is to count on high-quality French know-how and craftsmanship as his allies.
The alternative is unthinkable, even if the choice poses the Un Jour Un Sac team with the daily challenge of pulling off small economic miracles.
Our workshop was created when a number of small craftwork shops based in the heart of the Somme merged in the mid-Sixties. Their know-how has been enriched over forty years, adjusting to the changing needs of the market. It is now furnished with state-of-the-art equipment and brimming with broad-ranging expertise.
Its skills are drawn on at every single stage of the creation process, from computer-aided design on new models, manufacturing prototypes, cutting, stitching, high frequency welding, finishing work, quality control, packaging and storage and shipping logistics.
The workshop just two hours away from Paris, serves François Rénier as a creative incubator. Its efforts are almost totally dedicated to the Un Jour Un Sac product label and it has the capacity to manufacture to very short lead times.
Today, this "made in France" label can be borne with pride and guaranteed on the strength of this wealth of experience combined with industrial acumen.
